Please note that the information below is a general guideline and not a guarantee. On rare occasion, stock of certain items may be unexpectedly backordered. Paperboy is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If you remember to leave your deadline in the notes at checkout, we will contact you if there are any issues.
In general, we ship orders within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays recognized by the United States Postal Service. Please take this into account and contact us if you're concerned about a deadline.

Taxes, Customs, and Duties
Paperboy ships from the USA. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Paperboy is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to failure to pay import taxes. All package contents are labeled as "merchandise" on customs forms along with their full retail value.
Hours of Operation
Paperboy answers emails and ships orders Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. If the USPS is closed, we will also be closed. All communication is handled via email - we do not offer support via phone at this time.
If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number. We will not accept or process unauthorized returns.
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by buyers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.
