Our confetti is made and packaged by hand in our Portland studio from the highest quality tissue paper and mylar. When thrown in the air, it flutters like snow, so it's perfect for tossing! It looks beautiful scattered across a table or any other surface for a festive touch.

Taxes, Customs, and Duties
Paperboy ships from the USA. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Paperboy is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to failure to pay import taxes. All package contents are labeled as "merchandise" on customs forms along with their full retail value.
Hours of Operation
Paperboy answers emails and ships orders Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. If the USPS is closed, we will also be closed. All communication is handled via email - we do not offer support via phone at this time.
If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number. We will not accept or process unauthorized returns.
Paperboy does not refund any shipping charges on returns.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges on your order. If Paperboy provides a return label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you received free shipping on your order when you made your purchase, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs when you return all or part of your order (unless the merchandise you keep still qualifies for free shipping). The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you purchase $50 worth of merchandise with free shipping, and then return the entire order using your own shipping method, your refund will be $47 if it cost us $3 to ship the item to you originally.
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by buyers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.
