When will my order get here?

As a general rule, your order will arrive in about a week with the cheapest shipping method. If you need your order in less than 7 days, please be sure you select "Priority Mail" as your shipping option. If you need your order in 3 days or less, contact us first to confirm. Always leave your deadline in the notes when you place your order. Occasionally, we get super busy or items are backordered, so we do not guarantee delivery dates unless you contact us first to confirm.

We ship via USPS Monday through Friday (excluding USPS holidays) from our commercial facility in Portland, Oregon USA.

Rush Orders

4-7 Day Delivery: you can go ahead and place the order with Priority Mail shipping (Not Priority Mail Express) then message us with your deadline immediately after you place the order. If there's an issue with timing, we'll let you know.

2-3 Day Delivery: Please contact us first with your zip code. This is doable but depends on the time of day and your location.

Can you overnight?

No, the absolute fastest we can ship an order is 2 days. This is best-case scenario, so please contact us if you need your order in less than 4 days.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

Unfortunately due to scheduling constraints, we do not offer local pickup.

International Orders

When will my order get here?

Because of Customs, we do not guarantee international delivery. Shipping is generally about 2 weeks to Canada, Australia, UK, and France. Shipping to the Middle East and Asia may take up to 3 months.

Please note that we do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the USA.
