Shipping & Delivery
Order Changes
Change of Shipping Address
Please send us with the new address (please include the Name). We can change it without cancelling your order as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. If your order has already shipped and the tracking page is showing status updates, please see USPS's Package Intercept to see if you can re-route the package. You will be responsible for Package Intercept fees.
Change Contents of Your Order
If your order hasn't begun processing, we may be able to change it, so please let us know the changes you wish to make ASAP. If we have begun making your order, we can no longer make changes or cancel.
Instructions
Customizing a Product
We only customize Balloon Garlands (on Etsy here) and Balloon Bouquets (on Etsy here). We no longer customize Confetti mixes, Tassel Garlands, and Tableware. We do not do custom writing on balloons.

If we carry it, it's listed in our shop. Otherwise, it's not something we offer. If you're shopping on Etsy, please be sure to check the product category on our shop homepage. Most things we sell come in many different color palettes.
